These plans are based on proprietary Collaborative Patient Care Pathways™ to help guide treatment and ensure our patients are receiving the best possible care

Kissito Healthcare’s Assisted living program offers a housing alternative for older adults who may need help with dressing, bathing, eating, and toileting, but do not require the intensive medical and nursing care provided in nursing homes.

Located on the campus of our post acute and skilled nursing units, and adjacent to the region’s acute care hospital campus; you can be assured your loved one is going to be in the safest environment should they need more extensive services beyond our assisted living facility.
