Our Interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, RN’s, therapists, and case managers work together to achieve the best patient outcomes in the most effective and efficient manner possible. The Total Medical Care Team makes regular rounds, so each patient is visited within 24 hours of being admitted, and on a regular basis thereafter.
