What We Do

Our Post Acute environment is designed exclusively to address the need of patients in transition by providing 24 hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. Our patients rehabilitate in a private setting around others who share the same goals of a short-term rehab stay. Our friendly and knowledgeable Total Care Medical Team participates in the rehabilitative process using clinical pathways, which provide the framework for a safe and rapid recovery.
